Tartar sauce
Ingredients (8 pax)
• 190 g mayonnaise
• 1 plain natural yoghurt
• 1 tablespoon mustard
• Parsley
• Tarragon (or dill)
• Capers
• Gherkins
• Lemon
• Salt
Preparation
1. Prepare the mayonnaise.
2. Chop very finely the gherkins, capers, parsley and tarragon or dill.
3. Add all the chopped herbs and vegetables to the mayonnaise, also with the mustard and yoghurt
4. Season to taste by adding salt and lemon juice.
