Chickpea hummus
Ingredients (4 pax)
• 400g cooked chickpeas
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 2 tsp tahini
• Lemon juice
• Sweet paprika
• 200ml of extra virgin olive oil
• Salt
• Pita bread
Preparation
1. Cook the chickpeas in hot salted water. Drain and blend them, adding some cooking stock if the mixture is very thick.
2. Mix in the tahini paste and the lemon juice.
3. Serve on a plate.
4. Sprinkle over some paprika and drizzle with Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
5. Serve with pita bread.
