Moules et Frites with Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1 kg of fresh mussels
• 2 potatoes
• 1 onion
• 1 celery stick
• 1 chive
• 1 glass of white wine
• Extra virgin olive oil from Spain
1. Cut the potatoes and fry them in extra virgin olive oil.
2. Meanwhile, heat up more oil in a saucepan and brown the chopped onion and chives.
3. Chop the celery and add it.
4. Introduce the mussels, pour the white wine and cover.
5. Once the mussels open, remove and serve with the fries. Bon appétit!
