Nitro Arbequina Espresso Martini by Héctor Henche
Ingredients
• 5 CI. espresso.
• 2 CI. liquid sugar.
• 2 CI. lemon juice.
• 2 CI. of water.
• 1.5 CI. of extra virgin olive oil from Spain Arbequina variety
Preparation
1. Introduce all the ingredients in a inox bowl.
2. Add the liquid nitrogen, meanwhile with the help of some rods beat it until you achieve the desired texture.
3. Serve in a cocktail glass. Decorate with some edible flowers.
