"Pan con tomate" bread with tomato by Seamus Mullen
Ingredients
• Tomato
• Sea salt
• Bread
• Garlic
• Extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
Traditional way:
1. Rub some garlic over a toasted slice of bread
2. Then rub an open tomato in half over the bread
3. Drizzle some Extra Virgin Olive Oil and add sea salt
With grated tomato:
1. Grate tomato on a cheese grater
2. Grate a clove of garlic right on top of the grated tomato
3. Add a generous amount of extra virgin olive oil
4. Mix it up and put a little bit of the mix over toasted bread
5. Add some sea salt on top, and finish it with a shot of olive oil to give it more flavor
