Lemon and honney vinaigrette with Olive Oil by Seamus Mullen
Ingredients
• Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• White wine vinegar
• Garlic
• Thyme
• Lemon juice and zest
• Honey
• Sea salt and pepper
Preparation
1. Add lemon juice, white wine vinegar, honey, mix it
2. Add a clove of garlic, lemon zest, and the some thyme without leaves
3. Mix everything while pouring extra virgin olive oil, flaky sea salt, and incorporate all the ingredientes.
