• 100 gr evoo

• 40 gr of unsweetened chocolate

• Salt 

 

Preparation

1. Freeze in molds

2. Grate the chocolate

3. Freeze the olive oil in molds. grate the chocolate. add chocalate and salt

4. Serve on a toast
