Gazpacho
Ingredients
• 1 red bell pepper
• 1 liter of ice water
• 4 peeled tomatoes in small pieces
• 150 gr. cucumber peeled diced
• 1 onion into pieces
• 2 cloves garlic
• 1/2 teaspoon vinegar
• Juice of 1 lemon
• 3 tablespoons (soup) of Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Europe
• Salt
• Black pepper kingdom
• Thyme sliced bread
Preparation
1. Bake the peppers in the oven, remove the skin and seeds and cut into cubes.
2. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except the bread, reserving some tomato cubes, peppers and cucumber.
3. Mix well and grind.
4. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
5. Serve well chilled with bread aside, sprinkling gazpacho with reserved cubed.
